Job Description
- Responsible for communications, calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Organize, schedule appointments and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain office documentations and Files.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Skills
• Completion of College Diploma/Course
• Experience in an administrative position (3 yeas).
• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Fluent in English. (Reading/Writing).
