Job Description
Facility Maintenance
• Supervise and manage all SPSP facilities remain in a state of good repair
• Resolves concerns and problems, ensuring that services are provided in a professional and safe manner.
• Supervises, supports and assists staff
• Ensure to maintain health and safety environment
• Conducts regular walk through of the facility to assist visual maintenance.
• Space management, utilities and communications infrastructure.
Operational Support
• Coordination and evaluation of all facility requirement such as furniture, maintenance tools, spare part of equipment
• Review of all materials requests received from various departments/personnel for facility related items and prepare Purchase Requests for any new purchases
• All facility materials are properly checked at the time of receipt
• Assess and develop facility improvement planning
• Evaluating the Services provided by the external service providers weekly/monthly or yearly depends on the services.
Student Accommodation
• Utilization of accommodation and maintain records of student's allocations
• Maintaining accommodation and its facility- Monitoring the housekeeping
Skills
• Experience of management and maintenance of building’s
• knowledge of operation procedures of facilities or other comparable facilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, the public and other departments and agencies, it also important to follow written and oral instructions direct the work of others
• Excellent public relations and communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• General knowledge and experience in planning, prioritizing, and organizing a work task
