Job Description

  • · Collating and analyzing the market needs.
  • · Preparing and reviewing contract and MOU between SPSP and companies.
  • · Coordinating with training department for short courses scheduling.
  • ·  Dealing with enquiries from other department and companies.
  • · Prepare the materials and the class room for short courses and long terms program.
  • · Attending and setting up the meeting with companies.
  • · Developing growth strategies and plans
  • · Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • · Increasing client base
  • · Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • · Preparing statistical periodic reports as required by center management
  • · Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • · Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • · Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • · Planning and preparing presentations
  • · Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • · Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • · Writing narratives and preparing statistical reports
  • · Providing management with feedback
  • · Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • · Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. and prepare reports as needed
  • · Managing client accounts
  • · Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
  • · Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • · discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

Skills

  • · Strong English and Arabic language (speaking and writing)
  • · Communication skills  
  • · Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • · Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

  • · Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
